Terms of Service

1. Purpose of Service
Jungle Clear is an online coaching service dedicated to League of Legends junglers. The service provides personalized macro analyses based on a human-designed algorithm, in exchange for analysis tokens. The service does not use artificial intelligence or language models to generate its analyses.
2. Acceptance and Changes to the Terms
Creating an account, including through a third-party login provider, constitutes full acceptance of these terms. The publisher may update these terms, in particular when the service moves from the alpha phase to its commercial version. Any substantial change will be announced at least thirty days before it takes effect, by email or through a notification on the platform. Users who do not accept the new terms may delete their account before they take effect; continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Access to Service
Access to the service requires the creation of a user account, by email or through a third-party login provider (Google, Discord, Twitch). To use the free analyses, the user must declare their Riot identifier (Riot ID); this declaration is permanent and free analyses only cover that account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. The service is accessible 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance periods or incidents beyond our control.
4. Minimum Age and Minors
The service is intended for users aged fifteen or older. In accordance with article 45 of the French Data Protection Act, the registration of a minor under fifteen requires the joint consent of the minor and of a holder of parental authority, to be sent to contact@jungleclear.com or provided through the support form. Users agree not to misrepresent their age. Once payments open, any purchase by a minor will require the authorization of their legal representative. A holder of parental authority may request the deletion of a minor's account at any time by writing to contact@jungleclear.com or through the support form.
5. Tokens and Payments
Each match analysis costs one token. Tokens are purchased through secure payment on the platform and have no expiration date. Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. Once credited to the account, tokens are non-refundable except as provided in the dedicated Refund Policy. The first analysis is offered to any new user. In addition, every user who has declared their Riot account receives four free analyses per month, one per week — valid only on that account.
6. Alpha Phase
The service is currently offered as an alpha, as a temporary derogation from the “Tokens and Payments” section: payments are disabled, no tokens can be purchased, and every verified account receives a free daily credit of analysis tokens, whose amount is indicated on the platform. These free credits are temporary and revocable: they may be changed, suspended or removed at any time, without notice or compensation, and do not constitute an acquired right. During this phase, the service is provided “as is”, with no service-level commitment: interruptions may occur and features may be changed or removed without notice; analyses already produced remain stored and accessible. Taking part in the alpha phase confers no right to preferential pricing nor to continued free access when the commercial version launches, which will be announced as described in the “Acceptance and Changes to the Terms” section.
7. Responsibilities
The user remains solely responsible for their in-game decisions. The analyses provided are educational recommendations and cannot guarantee a specific ranked result. The publisher is committed to providing the service with care, but may not be held liable for indirect damages, service interruptions, or unavailability of the Riot Games API.
8. Riot Games API Data
Analyses are produced from public match data made available through the official Riot Games API. The service is strictly a post-game analysis tool: it is not designed to identify or analyze players in real time during a match. Raw data obtained from the Riot API is never sold, redistributed or transferred to third parties; only the analyses produced by the algorithm — transformative content distinct from that data — are provided to users. A free tier of access to the service is maintained in accordance with Riot Games' third-party developer policies. The publisher honors personal-data deletion requests, including those relayed by Riot Games, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The entire service, its algorithm, its interface, its visual identity, and the analyses produced are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, extraction, or commercial reuse is prohibited without prior written authorization. Names, logos, and data from League of Legends remain the property of Riot Games, Inc.
10. Termination
The user may delete their account at any time from the dedicated privacy area. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent use, or abnormal behavior, without prior notice or refund of tokens already consumed.
11. General Provisions
In the event of an issue or dispute, users are invited to contact the publisher first through the support form in order to seek an amicable resolution. Neither party may be held liable for a failure caused by force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code. The platform's records, technical logs and timestamps constitute proof between the parties, unless proven otherwise. Should any provision of these terms be held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
13. Affiliation and Trademarks
Jungle Clear isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Jungle Clear was created under Riot Games' “Legal Jibber Jabber” policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project.
