1. General Refund Policy
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, digital content delivered immediately, such as a completed analysis, is not eligible for the legal right of withdrawal once its execution has begun with the user's express consent. Each consumed token is therefore considered a finalized service.
2. Unused Tokens
Tokens purchased but not yet used remain refundable upon request for a period of fourteen days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, tokens remain valid indefinitely on your account but can no longer be refunded in cash. Any refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
3. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, send us a message from your account area or by email, specifying your Riot ID, the date of purchase, and the number of tokens concerned. A reply will be sent within seven business days. Once validated, the refund is generally processed by the payment provider within five to ten business days.
4. Exceptions
No refund may be granted in the event of abusive use, attempted fraud, violation of these terms, or account suspension for serious breach. Analyses that have started or been completed remain non-refundable regardless of the level of perceived satisfaction, but the quality of the service remains our priority: any concern can be discussed with our team.
